Fall has once again arrived in the Russian River Valley! After a long, dry growing season, the first significant rains have come a bit early this year, signaling the close of another harvest. With the vineyards falling quiet and the cellar moving into a regular routine, it's time to turn our attention to the fall wine club shipments. For the fall season, my favorite of the year, we are featuring four bottles of Pinot Noir (also my favorite) for you to enjoy: the 2021 WineWorks La Vista Vineyard Pinot Noir; the 2021 WineWorks Balletto Vineyard Burnside Road Pinot Noir, and special treats from the library of our Wine Studio winery Perception, the Perception 2017 Russian River Valley Pinot Noir and the 2013 Perception Charlatan Pinot Noir; for the more robust fall meals, we have rounded out the shipment with selections featuring substantial body and assertive flavors - the 2021 WineWorks Collins Vineyard Old-Vine Zinfandel and the 2021 WineWorks Emmitt-Scorsone Vineyard Grenache.

In addition, we are offering alternate / additional selections: the 2021 WineWorks Balletto Vineyards Chardonnay; the 2016 Perception Russian River Valley Pinot Noir, the 2015 Perception Russian River Valley Pinot Noir, and; the 2018 Perception Charlatan Pinot Noir. As you know, we love Pinot Noir on the dinner table and these wines all compliment holiday meals.
